Charlotte Aubrey
Educational Psychologist
EXPERIENCE
Charlotte qualified as an Educational Psychologist (EP) in 2002 and has extensive experience of working in a range of local authorities. She is skilled in applying psychology in a diverse range of contexts. She worked as a Practice Tutor with the Anna Freud Centre and University of London on the Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) postgraduate diploma (2019-2020). She has also worked with the Anna Freud Centre as a schools engagement trainer. She was an associate tutor at the Institute of Education (University of London) on the Doctorate of Professional Educational, Child and Adolescent Psychology (2011-2014). Charlotte has always had an interest in mental health and well-being and had several years of experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs, as a psychology assistant, prior to initial teacher training. She has more recently developed her skills in this area through working with schools wishing to obtain the Sandwell Well-being Charter Mark. She taught in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets before training as an EP at the Institute of Education (2001-2002).

Charlotte also has an interest in organisational psychology and working systemically with schools, and has an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology.

Charlotte is a Chartered Psychologist and HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist.
